HPL-180 (Type 2 liner): 6" .-24" (> 24" upon request for large projects only)
Length up to2,000 ft. per line depending on installation equipment and pipe diameter
Operating pressure high pressure up to 250 psi for type 1 liner (HPL-450)
high pressure up to 180 psi for type 2 liner (HPL-180)
Prerequisites Launch and target pit
Determine condition of pipe, remove any barriers
Statics of pipe body for planned service life
Pipe cleaned and dried
Fill voids for operating pressures above 100 psig
Offsets Can be lined depending on size, radius and deflection.
Line condition partially deteriorated gas pipes, e. g. holes up to 2" or gaps up to 1"
Tees are opened without excavation trenchless with a robotic cutter equipped with a CCTV camera
Adhesive system epoxy resin with very long pot life
Curing Ambient - no additional equipment required
Excavation only one small starting and target pit required per section. An additional small cleaning pit is only needed for section lengths exceeding 1000 ft.
